Euro court set to rule on Safe Harbor

The European Court of Justice has set at date of June 24th to rule on the effectiveness of Safe Harbor in terms of keeping European Citizen data safe.

The Safe Harbor program was designed by the US in order to allow US companies to comply with the new stringent laws regarding personal data passed by the European Union.

The program has proven a popular and effective way for US companies to comply with the complex laws.
